If you don't see what you're looking for, please ask us! We will always do our best to find it for you. We're just a small independent shop and it's impossible for us to have every title in stock but if you contact us, we promise to respond to your enquiry quickly and happily. It also helps us to know what you want!

We care about you! We really, really care but many email programs do not! PLEASE check your Spam Folder and remember to add us to your Safe Sender list, too. We absolutely promise that we will not flood your inbox with tons of annoying stuff! We send out the occasional newsletter, some discount codes, and notify you (only when specifically asked) when certain out of stock items are available again.

What is your Returns Policy?

Customer Satisfaction is a top priority for us.

We hope you're delighted with your purchase every time you order. Obviously there may be an occasion when you want to return an item. Under our returns guarantee, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return unopened items in their original condition within thirty days of the date you received the item. Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, you can always return them to us.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

That depends... where are you?

At MoviedromeDVD rapid dispatch is part of our promise to you. We post all orders quite quickly and then they are in the hands of the postal services!

In the UK: Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days (but can take up to 14)

In Europe: Your order should arrive within 7-14 working days (sometimes sooner but can take up to 28 days)

Outside Europe: Your order should arrive within 10-21 working days (but can take up to 28 days)


My item has arrived and it is damaged! What do I do?

We're very sorry about that! We do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives at your door in perfect condition. Sadly there is nothing we can do once it leaves our hands. Please see our Lost & Damaged Items information on our Shop Policies page for details.

My item has arrived and it is not factory sealed! Is this used?

Everything listed and sold by MoviedromeDVD is Brand New and has never been used beforehand. Fear not, we do not watch your films before posting them to you! Some labels/manufacturers do not seal their releases and there is nothing that we can do about this. Occasionally we will open the shrinkwrap to inspect a DVD that we suspect has come loose in transit to us.


What does the region number mean?

Imposed by the film studios due to the staggered theatrical release of movies worldwide and to protect exclusive markets, region coding was designed as a method of ensuring discs would be playable only in certain geographical locations. The Region Code numbers will correspond to the Region that the DVD was manufactured to play in. For full information regarding Region encoding please visit our Region Info page which has further details and will help you figure out which DVDs will play in your area.


How do I know if the DVD will play in my DVD player?

Please be sure that you can play a DVD that you order from us before you make the purchase!

High Street or store bought DVD players will be Region locked for the location in which they are sold. If this is the case with your player, you should purchase only DVDs that are coded for your region or are listed as Region 0. For full information regarding Region encoding please visit our Region Info page which has further details and will help you figure out which DVDs will play in your area.

All-Region or Region-Free DVD players, as the name suggests, will play all DVDs with any Region Coding. These players are readily available online at reasonable prices and we highly recommend this small investment to anyone serious about film!


W
ill a Blu-ray disc play on my DVD player?

No. To watch a Blu-ray disc you will need a dedicated Blu-ray player, Sony PlayStation 3 or a BD-Rom drive in your computer.


How can I change my account details?
(including email address, password, subscriptions)

Changes to your account will require you to sign in to MoviedromeDVD. Simply click My Account on the Navigation Bar. When you have signed in you will have access to all of your account details including addresses, order history, notifications, etc.

If you would like to close your account entirely (we sincerely hope that you won't want to), please contact us to request that your account be closed. Please make sure to send your request directly to us at: info@moviedromedvd.com from the e-mail address associated with the account you would like to close. In order to verify your identity, please provide the full name on your account, and include a recent order number and the titles of one or two of the items made in that order.



Do you ever offer discounts / vouchers/ coupons and how do I get them?
