Customer Satisfaction is a priority for us. We hope you're delighted with your purchase every time you order. Obviously there may be an occasion when you want to return an item. Under our returns guarantee, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can return unopened items in their original condition within thirty days of the date you received the item. Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, you can always return them to us.
To make a return:

We will respond promptly via email with a Returns Authorisation as well as any returns information that you will need.
Please wrap the item securely and include the invoice along with your returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
We will contact you on receipt of the returned item and either replace it or refund your payment.
Please be advised that we cannot accept any returns due to region or format problems. Please make sure you are 100% certain you can play any DVD you intend to purchase before confirming your order. Information regarding Region Encoding can be found on our Region Info page. If you have any questions that have not been answered as regards Region or format after reading the Region Info page, then simply get in touch with us via the Contact Us page.
We will refund all normal postage costs once the item arrives safely back with us. All goods that are returned to MoviedromeDVD are the responsibility of the customer and you may wish to send return goods by a more secure method at your own cost. We are not liable for goods that do not reach us. Within the UK you may also obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Royal Mail that will ensure your item up to 100x the price of a 1st Class Stamp.
Lost & Damaged Items
Should your item not arrive within 14 working days of postage (domestic) or 28 working days (international) please email us immediately so we can open a lost item claim with the Royal Mail on your behalf.
If the damage is limited to standard cases, please visit the Contact Us page, email us with details of the damaged cases and we can send a replacement out to you.
If the damage affects the product itself, the disc or any non-standard packaging, please follow the Return instructions for faulty items (above).
Items are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Orders are posted Monday through Friday. 99% or orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being made.
All our DVDís are posted in quality bubble mailers. For International orders we also bubble wrap the DVDís within the mailer in an attempt to ensure no damage can occur to your DVD.
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious order or any order requiring shipping to an alternate address.
All Payments made via Paypal must have the correct shipping address on the PayPal invoice.
All customs and import charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. MoviedromeDVD will not cover these charges. Any items confiscated by customs are not the responsibility of MoviedromeDVD, please ensure you can import these items before purchasing.
All MoviedromeDVD products are 100% brand new. Should you receive a DVD not shrink-wrapped then this is the way we received it from our supplier. We never play any of our DVDís before sending them out to our customers. MoviedromeDVD is in no way responsible for the contents of any disc we retail on our site. We do the best we can to provide all pertinent information on releases that we carry. If you have any more specific questions and cannot find an answer in the item specifics about running times, subtitles or audio tracks of certain DVDís please email us before purchasing. We do our utmost to put as much relevant information about our products into each and every listing on our site. Beyond that, it is up to you as the buyer to utilize the many available on-line and print resources to determine all the relevant facts regarding any discs they are curious about.
Coupons & Gift Certificates
All coupons and gift certificates can only be redeemed against in-stock items.
Coupons and Gift Certificates are issued in GBP only.
Coupons and Gift Certificates must be redeemed in their entirety at time of redemption.
Only one coupon or Gift Certificate may be applied per order.
Gift Certificates are sent via email and can take up to 24 hours to receive. Please remember to check your Spam Folder! If you have not received your Gift Certificate after 24 hours, please contact us!
If you have several Gift Certificates that you would like to redeem at the same time (with one large order), please contact us and include the codes of the Gift Certificates you would like to combine. We will send a new Gift Certificate code for the total combined value within 24 hours. When we have sent your new code via email, the original individual codes will no longer be valid!
Coupons and Gift Certificates cannot be used to buy further Gift Certificates.

Out of Stock Items
Should an ordered item actually be out of stock when ordered we will email you to let you know the error on our part. Re-stocking any item can take anything from 7 to 28 days and so we may decide to refund your payment and simply notify you when the item is back in stock.
Statutory Rights (UK & EU citizens)

To cancel within the seven-working-day "cooling-off period", please write to us or email us explaining why you are returning an item and we will send you a return authorization email. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. We can accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand, but please contact us to arrange an appointment. Please be aware that we dispatch 99% or our orders within 24 hours so should you wish to cancel your order without having to return items you will need to contact us very quickly indeed. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery. Within the UK you may also obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Royal Mail that will ensure your item up to 100x the price of a 1st Class Stamp. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence/place of business at your cost. Once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have for additional services carried out by us. As soon as we receive the returned goods, we'll refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any cost of an upgraded postage charge.
